OutBack Trail is a self-guided recreation and fitness course combining jogging or walking with a scientifically designed sequence of exercises. The equipment is developed to provide participants of all ages with a comprehensive physical conditioning program suited to their fitness levels.
Exercises are vividly pictured at each station. Easy to read instructions guide users through a variety of aerobic and strengthening routines. Starting with a series of warm-up activities, leading gradually into more physically demanding challenges. Ending with a cool down sequence.
Choose either our pre-planned 10 Station Course or our 18 Station Course, or let us help you design a course to suit your fitness needs, space and budget. Parcours structures and signs are fabricated from either recycled plastic lumber or southern yellow pine.
